US directory of 8,000+ clinics, optimised for organic visibility

8,000 clinics, over 40 therapies, over 35 conditions: a large, well-maintained body of data, yet practically impossible for patients in the US to find.

We generate the landing pages from the data instead of maintaining them editorially, and search runs on Meilisearch. The result: responses in milliseconds and tens of thousands of pages with organic reach.

From a rigid SaaS solution to a job portal of its own

The portal previously ran on a SaaS solution that was too inflexible: custom requirements could not be implemented and regional specifics could not be reflected. The brief was a custom-built platform that brings employers and applicants in the Unterland together: high-performing, scalable and easy to find in search engines.

We replaced the SaaS solution with a lean portal built on Laravel: intuitive job search with filters, simple listing management for companies, short load times and a clean technical SEO structure. New features can be added at any time instead of waiting for the vendor.

Shop relaunch in three months, in time for the leading trade show – without a risky system switch

New branding, new product lines and a date that was not negotiable: the leading trade show in June. The existing shop carried the business but no longer matched the new brand presence.

Instead of a complete system switch, we kept what works and added what was missing. The shop went live in three months, in time for the show, with no disruption to sales.

A flexible CMS for a demanding youth portal

The youth portal of the German Bundestag (mitmischen.de) ran on an outdated TYPO3 installation, had grown over the years and become confusing for editors and users alike. It was not accessible, which is not an option for a Bundestag service.

We migrated 95% of the content automatically, the relaunch caused no loss of visibility, and accessibility has been confirmed by a BITV test. We have been continuously developing the portal since 2023.

Complex security technology, the right solution in seconds

We have worked with Swissbit since 2019, from taking over the existing Contao website to the concept, technical implementation and ongoing development of today's corporate website. The brief was an international platform that presents complex industrial, storage and security solutions clearly and is easy to maintain.

In 2026 came the relaunch on a headless setup with Kirby as the CMS and a Vue frontend. At its heart are an extensive product finder and a fast site search that take specialist audiences straight to the right solution.

From a Magento 1 shop to a headless setup on AWS – growing from 5 to 10 stores

When we started in 2014, the business ran through five stores and a Magento 1 shop. Growth increasingly shifted online, faster than the system could keep up.

We rebuilt in stages rather than in one big bang: Magento 2, then a Vue storefront, and finally running on AWS. Online revenue has multiplied, and five stores have become ten.

Brand world, advice and shop as one seamless experience

We have worked with VPACE since 2015, covering the concept, technical implementation and ongoing development of its entire e-commerce presence. Over the years we migrated the website from WordPress to Shopware 5 and most recently rebuilt it from scratch.

Today the platform runs headless with Shopware 6, Kirby as the CMS and a Vue frontend. Brand world, advice and online shop interlock, in keeping with the standard of high-quality performance bikes and their accessories.

Stabilisation over rebuild: soft relaunch of an existing TYPO3 platform

We took over the TYPO3 website of IIM – Internationaler Immobilienmarkt in 2025 and first stabilised it, cleared out legacy issues and optimised it for search engines. The platform brings together property listings, search enquiries and extensive information content for the brokerage of specialist properties.

In 2026 came the soft relaunch with a new design, still on TYPO3 but with a new Tailwind-based frontend.

KITCHENZ: Headless commerce with a custom kitchen configurator

We have worked with KITCHENZ since 2016, covering the concept, technical implementation and ongoing development of its e-commerce presence. Over the years we migrated the shop from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6 and most recently rebuilt it from scratch: headless with a Vue frontend.

The platform combines online kitchen planning, advice and brand worlds into one seamless shopping experience. At its heart are a custom kitchen configurator and the connected 3D kitchen planner.

B2B shop for flat roof accessories: complex terms, solved cleanly

For BST GmbH, a B2B supplier of flat roof accessories, we built a shop that reflects the reality of the construction trade, not just a shopping cart. The challenge lay in layered pricing and permission structures: different purchasing terms for each customer and a role-based permission system in which certain orders are only placed once the site manager has approved them.

Built on Magento with the Hyvä theme and Alpine.js, the result is a high-performance shop that implements this logic reliably, and one we have continuously maintained and developed since 2015.

Two e-learning platforms for the densest subject in medical studies

For the Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Technical University of Munich, we built two e-learning platforms that help medical students prepare for their exams.

Both were created in close collaboration with the institute and turn its subject-matter requirements into interactive, everyday learning tools – from the drug overview to trainable exam knowledge. They support future doctors exactly where the material is at its densest.

Multi-year website support on the way to unicorn status

Personio is now one of the best-known HR software providers in Europe – a true unicorn of the German startup scene. Over several years we had the privilege of supporting the company technologically and helping shape that journey.

Our work ranged from the ongoing support and development of the company website to tailor-made interactive tools such as price calculators and product configurators.

From news blog to the central platform of the Munich startup scene

Munich Startup is the official web portal of the Munich startup scene – the central hub for news, events and networking among local founders. Together with our partner agency State of Glow, we carried out the portal's relaunch and then maintained the website technically for many years.

This collaboration also gave rise to the online pinboard, a further integrated platform that has become one of the scene's most important points of contact.
